		<description>I agree wholeheartedly with that stance. But while making the point that people should be seen as individuals, ie: christian/muslim, american/foreigner, it&#039;s also important to note that they also shouldn&#039;t be seen as groups like teachers, police or the hungry.

people don&#039;t get their rights by being members of these factions. People have innate rights based on the fact that they are human beings.

Its the assumption that certain groups have certain &quot;special&quot; rights that have fueled conflicts. The basis of rights, is that men will pursue the course that will lead to life. All actions necessary for man to live must be permitted and not interfered with: freedom, pursuit of property, the life made possible by it. To impede this process is to interfere with that person&#039;s survival, and to set yourself in a position of conflict w/ them.

&quot;Special&quot; factional rights are not rights at all, they generally rest on the belief that one group has a right to another&#039;s property, like the Islamic people&#039;s to Israel, Bush administration&#039;s to our wallets, or the general citizen&#039;s right to free education-someone always pays the price.

These will always lead to conflict, the only way to end it is to acknowledge the actual individual rights of man.</description>
